yeah mate.. I pictured it and been there. It's a dump and a ghetto! The 'fantastic view' is concrete ugly looking towers sprouting everywhere, and non moving traffic 23 hours a day. Trust me! That is what you get in Malta for 9 mil -cranes and concrete. There are far better, calmer, and way cheaper places to invest than this.

@@docknightphilco4550 what other countries do you suggest? When you take into account the climate, language, safety, location (EU), and the taxes incentives, it makes Malta pretty unique. But I’m all ears to hear a better and competitive country

That is what you get in Malta for 9 mil -cranes and concrete. There are far better, calmer, and way cheaper places to invest than this. And a dip in that pool - looks slightly bigger than my bath - too look at more luxury 'cranes' and concrete blocks. Not exactly the Amalfi Coast or Lake Garda / Luise is it?

I only see the top part while driving down regional road. the price is too much for such a bland and small apartement. i laughed when the lady mentioned the heated towel rail...as if it's something out of this world and costs millions. the view is nice but there's hundreds of feet between the tower and the sea for at least three taller towers to go up obstructing much of that view. It won't sell to some Feng Shui fan millionarie. so many straight lines with edges!
