In Beverly Hills with that large of a lot, you're looking at four to five times the price. Crazy about the different markets and what you can buy versus LA or New York.

It looked quite compact from the front, but when you get into the rooms and areas, it's absolutely massive and hugely functional. I love it. And now on to Erik. Man, that guy knows how to wear a jacket. He's definitely a no messing type of talker. He's so natural and confident when he's speaking. The level of information and detail he provides as he's walking through the house is just perfect too. Doesn't use any excessive or unnecessary words to describe anything, like many other tour guides, it's all very slick. Great job! And thank you, this is awesome.

I get that it pretty much is Atlanta to most outsiders but as a local who still remembers the great efforts and hoops jumped through specifically for Sandy Springs to **not** be part of "Atlanta" it feels weird seeing all of these videos of Sandy Springs properties representing "Atlanta".

Just like Buckhead, Virginia Highlands etc. They actually were in Atlanta. Unrecognisable now. Then there's city of Decatur. Also destroyed by mass building and gentrification.

Most people think that all luxury homes are done well. However, I would guess that 9 out of 10 home designers could not pull this off. This house has everything and the attention to detail is 5 out of 5. Whoever created this home needs an award for doing a fantastic job. Btw, this house would be $30 million minimum in most major markets.
