I needed someone to talk too over the phone. So then he said we’re not allowed to take a call. My mum is from a very different background. I disagree with her on a ton of things, but she has golden rule that she abides by: always draw the line on money. No relationship will ever be explicitly about money. Even gold diggers go by gifts. Technology gave us these scams but technology also shows us the reality of the world. I'm actually glad that I lost this "innocence" by knowing what the world is like. Noone can afford to be naive and not know the true horrors of fraud, scams, corruption, evil, war, greed, suffering etc.

Thanks for sharing your story. God bless you. My brother is going through this scam right now and has already lost nearly 150K. I am literally telling him to cut his losses but he is in denial. The platform is requiring him to pay 20% out of pocket to get his money out, which I know he will also lose because that's how the scam works. They are going in for one last kill before his account disappears from the platform. And it is driving me crazy to see that he will lose additional money because of his gullibleness. He is going to have to declare bankruptcy because he put in all his life savings and borrowed 150K. There has to be a special place in hell for these scammers.

I feel bad for her because she was obviouly very naive, but I feel even worse for her dad. This man worked hard all his life and he cannot even enjoy the fruit of his labor in his later days. On top of that, he had to watch his wife become an alcoholic and die young, and then, his daughter burn to the ground everything that was left. He had a lot of composure and dignity in that video. I can see that he is a strong man. I wish them all the best. I hope Nikki can work her butt off to try to make up for what happened. Get rich quick scams don't work. Work hard, save, and invest reasonably.

They got me too. Facebook dating. I only lost 1k. I feel bad for this young lady and her dad. I was very cautious and refused to put anymore money on the platform. Everything she said about her communications was very similar to mine with the "woman" I met.

I love the recovery's videos and the angry scammers and the hacking of their wallet but I absolutely love these videos where you help the victims in real time. I don't have much confidence in this scammer "coming to the good side" so to speak but I hope you come out with more ideas like this, stopping the scams with the victims.
