The washing bubbler looks like a half dairy milk tank. Having grown up with dairy farmers, it would be a perfect way to reuse those abandoned milk tanks, which are all stainless steel. Really cool set up!

Diego touched on something in this in one of his podcasts with one of his guests, running the numbers & focusing on efficiency on all farm sizes is vital for success. The guest said that his family farm, as successful as it was, should have been focusing on process that increased efficiency. Rolling an order on to a truck is a perfect example of being efficient.

I am curious about the square footage of the wash room and the cooler, respectively. Also, is the root crop washer (barrel washer) machine custom built or can one procure these off the shelf? It is cool that you can double your capacity. This is awesome.
