They only needed to work on quality of sockets/switches and lights and they would have 100%. Again, for 35m you'd expect more than an 8th for a plot size.

The home looks okay. Tile work in master bathroom is not good. Railing on master balcony should've been used for interior staircase. It is reinforced much better. The interior staircase handrails are dangerous for children. Cabinet space between elevated and sunken living rooms has no 'limiting factor' and dangerous for children as well. A child can have a nasty fall from the elevated living room to the sunken living room if s/he accessed that cabinet space. Otherwise overall design, ambience and presentation of the home is good. Nice video work.
