That moss wall contains what’s known as “air moss”, a bunch of species of moss that extract all the water they need from the humidity in the air. Never seen it used on a wall before you showed the first one tho

As special as some of the bigger places are this feels so much more liveable, sensible room sizes, practical layout, much more homely. A huge success from the developers and at a price which seems vaguely sensible (albeit still totally beyond my budget)

The moss on the wall reminds me of when I tinkered around with my trainset, I made a landscape out of papier-mâché and used this kind of moss as shrubs, so no water required I think. Btw its a nice house👍

This is the best house IMO that you have ever shown , all the others are beautiful and opulent , but if I won the lottery tomorrow I could never see myself living in one , they are just for show and status , THIS HOUSE actually feel like it could be a great home not so large that you need walkie-talkies to find any one in it , and with great outdoor spaces, I wish I played the lottery lol .

I'm guessing the price of the property is so insane because of the location. Because just the house alone if we ignore where it is, I wouldn't pay more than maybe $3.5M. Here in Europe you can get a whole castle for $14M.

I have an idea for this series of property tours, you get someone like Caroline to choose the property that you are going to tour, so Michael and Adam have no idea of the property before they arrive on the day, they haven't even seen a picture of it also the camera is rolling as they enter the gates of the property so we get a complete first impressions tour.

I love that house. Unfortunately, 14 millions $ is way too expansive for me. Although, it doesn't seem a lot compare to some houses you've shown us which were not as good as this one and a lot more expansive.

This place has already had a price reduction. It's $12.9m right now. Probably worth closer to the $10-11m mark. High end market is soft and is getting even softer.
