Too much glass and folding doors in the main living areas would make me feel vulnerable. Solid walls and smaller windows mostly for me, but with plenty of glass extensions too, for sure. I would buy it for that magnificent setting though. One of the best I've seen. Fantastic trees and grounds. I enjoy wildlife and I could really relax there. Compared to anything just outside London it seems a bargain.

Why no mention of connected services to property, eg off grid sewer system, oil heating/heat pump etc broadband connection speeds all these matter

surely you don't expect the average Estate Agents to cover all the details, let alone describe things by their correct name. I often hear Basins called sinks, and Waste Disposal Units in Kitchen sinks call Incinerators by these professional Job Thieves.
