Exactly the point, why selling properties in foreign countries, are Nigerias making their money in hard currency or foreign currency, this is highly ridiculous. Labeling prices of properties in foreign currency. Besides the prices in on high side, you can't compare USA or Canada home facilities and durability to Africa, ever!! too far from it.
