I’ve watched hundreds of luxury home sale videos and this is definitely the winner for most outrageous price tag . 4 to 6 million maybe but 19??? That is beyond ridiculous and I pity the sucker who pays even half of that .

If you’re familiar with Muskoka, land is minimum 1 million per acre…plus those are all high end finishes

Yes. You can see the road in the background. The neighborhood is not that good too. Other houses are also visible . Exterior and interior architecture is not designed for this price range. Interior square footage is also a factor in pricing. The house is on a hill side with trees covering the view. This maybe worth 10 million or somewhere between that.

Narrow hallways, staircase. Tiny kitchen and the lot/plot of land is horrible. For 19 million? The property was designed/layout like a 599 sq ft condo.

We're on Rosseau too, if this is $19 mil, we should get $40 mil for ours. 10 acres of land, 5 different buildings. We added 3... Only paid 6.5 nine years ago.
