I love that you have knowledge about the homes and not just showing them. I’m different than everyone else complaining about you talking, I love to hear the realtor talking. I need to hear if you are knowledgeable and can help me save money and not trying to make a quick sell. There are some options you recommended to do after and not with the builder to save money and I am looking for that type of honesty!!!! Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you ❤

Too much property tax in trinity falls! We were looking but decided against it

Many of the new communities that are North of 380 have higher taxes due to the PID/MUD tax that gets added on. Most of those communities are going to have tax rates of 2.4% - 2.8%... The challenge is there are not many new communities South of 380 as Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Allen etc are built out.
