I like your videos. You always do a very good job at showcasing a property. It is unfortunate that in today's market they have effectively priced out people in owning real estate. Factor in property tax, which never goes away, and insurance, the cost of owning is completely ridiculous. Large companies are buying, then renting property, then of course raising rent every year. The reality of the American Dream is just that A dream. I could see that one being $300k-500k but 2 mill absolutely not. Another area they are doing the same thing is in vehicles. now a car note is the cost of a mortgage. They are killing America from inside out. one of these days the bubble will burst.

Had high hopes for this one. Loved the outside. Hated every cabinet, light fixture, and finishing on the inside. I love watching home tours. I would love to see the floor plans with the dimensions over you taking time to figure each room out with a tool on camera.

“Perfect media room?” Easily one of the tackiest ones I’ve ever seen in a house of this price. The seats don’t match anything, blue walls and that carpet. Who ever buys this house is going to have to completely gut it except the ceiling. I would edit the video and not show this or call it a kid’s room.

such a shame to see so many New Constructions with Master bath his and her sinks and mirror facing each other creating a forever reflection of the mirrors inside the mirrors.. It is a horrible feng shui. I wish that these talented builders would study upon home feng shui do's and don'ts. Otherwise a nice home, but a deal breaker.

What i noticed is the random placed closets gives me anxiety, in the garage no tire stop and the window in garage not necessary. The first floor really looks like it’s level with the outside, taking a bath in first floor suite I don’t like. Media room is yikes, glass door showing electrical room is ugly, dining room not connected to kitchen you you gotta go around is a no, would’ve been nice to have a more open flow to dining room, laundry room has no sink, toilets look low to floor, lots of wasted space that could’ve been used for bigger bedroom closets. Price point is to high but your presentation and voice is great and kept me to the end of vid.

Mediocre if not less. More Cons than Pros for this house. Example, for a house that’s almost $2 million I’d expect a refrigerator as a built in (subzero, wolf), double ovens, nicer stove top, how about all the blinds that match and either power or manually operated, especially for a smart house.Media room was decent.

You did a good job, as usual. However, the home just doesn't appear to be worth 1.95 million. The closets were small, some of the materials were cheap, and the layout wasn't great. I agree it had curb appeal, but the inside was disappointing. Certainly, staging would make it appear better, but it looks like they cut corners.

Hate the exterior, design looks cheap. The house is large, but confusing- is it modern or traditional? Impersonal feel. Cheap finishes for a $2 million dollar home. Not much thought appears to have been put into the design...
