bathrooms tiling, is underwhelming. Kitchen counters are too tall, do not have toe kicks either. A kitchen counter top placed more than 36 inches off a finished floor is not practical ergonomically. Poor implementation of 'sunken flooring' for a house which sits on even gradient. floor lip transitions from one space to another are trip and fall hazards waiting to happen. Poor use of land as well. Big windows facing tall 9ft walls diminish the purpose of the window.. Also, bedroom space smaller than 12ft X 11ft (without including built in bathrooms, closets) is not a bedroom but flex or office space. Overpriced for its many deficiencies.
