Seeing a home like this for this price just makes we wonder why houses are so expensive in Canada. The US has a bigger and more robust economy than Canada do what’s the catch?? The only advantage i see with Canada is that it’s relatively more safe than the US.

I totally see what you mean, but it does also depend on which part of the US you are looking at. For example, homes in California and New York are a lot more expensive than homes in Canada, whereas homes in Texas like this one are a lot cheaper. I do think it has a lot to do with demand. I don't live in Canada, so I can't really speak on this, but according to Statista, 81.56% of Canadians live in large cities, making the demand for living in large cities higher, therefore driving up housing prices, but this is just my guess.

Why is there always more bathrooms than bedrooms

This is usually because all bedrooms in homes like these are equipped with their own private bathroom, and then there is also guest bathrooms throughout the home that can be easily accessed from the living room and other common areas so the guest and residents don't need to go far to get to the bathroom.
