When you tour a house, it helps that you come a day before to study the house layout, this will help with your squence, the way you walk around the house(be natural, walk like you need buy it for yourself) understand its structure, building materials used, the style of Architecture/furniture, key important rooms buyers/owners must know about. This is a home. If I'm gonna buy it, I need to know everything about it. So it's okay if the video is 30min long. You are making it easier for me to make that long term decision of buying a home. Walk me from the minute I enter the gate, because I'm not there with you, so I want to see everything, show me everything. last but not least lol...don't shoot me. Don't rush it(that's like rushing me as the buyer). It's a Home after all. I need to feel at home. Cheers Billy.👍
