Really nice video Nice house pity about Steyn City HOA having Ailurophobia. Otherwise if I won the lotto I would probably buy it. I love the kitchen set up. All the bedrooms are fantastic. Still do not know why they do not allow cats !

I learned a new word today though I don’t know how to pronounce it 🤣 Not the only estate that doesn’t allow cats, Midstream also doesn’t. It is to protect the indigenous bird life. The jury is out if this is just or not but I guess rules are rules

I live here and believe me, owners still have cats. You’re paying so much that they almost turn a blind eye. Chat to the agent if you’re serious about moving. It’s totally worth it! Good luck.
