Fascinating! We have an old community Ice House, in historic Glen Rose, Texas, downtown. The local spring is located down the street at the old mill house. Find these places absolutely amazing! Thank you for the wonderful journey! 🩷🌿💚

In the 90s we visited a home that was once an Abbey and had a car museum. I wonder if it was this one. Unfortunately, I can not remember furnishing, which I am sure has changed in almost 40 years. While I was going through one room, I smelled incense. I went to every bowl of dried flowers and none of them smelled like what I was smelling. Then I saw a sign on my way out that many people smell incense in that room.

Julie, that car ride looked fabulous - but you should have dressed up for the part, you shouldve worn the long dress, big hat and dust veil. Also the video started when i was out of the room and when i came in I thought that was Luke talking to you. That Lords voice is remarkably like your hubbys voice...but did I hear the name Montagu..distant rellie....another branch of the family? Never been to Beaulieu. Would like to one day. One lot of my ancestors were ship builders at the village, family name of Wyatt.

Love Lord Montagu. According to super interesting Fomenko's chronologia, monks were retired soldiers. Soldiers were recruited as children for the horde, plus 10% tax collected by a non integrating class, picked from every country, to build safe trade routes. (Beaulieu travel energy???) Constantly moving for the cavalry grazing, no wives or family life, when they retired, these disciplined men created male only abbeys, forges, water mills, and helped administer the horde empire. When it was usurped by the early Romanov relatives of Ivan IV, suddenly taxes stayed with the local governors or kings and we see a change from cold spartan rock to luxury building all over europe. So much heraldry still has crescents, stars, crosses, double headed eagles suddenly drawn one headed. We also suddenly see pogroms of tax collectors, christian and judaean, called misers for not handing over the empire taxes and religions taking on their modern forms.
