Definitely the most interesting trophy property in Paris on the market today. It looks more like some over the top, eclectic boutique hotel in Paris that it does a home. The modern part of the estate is just jaw dropping. The main entertainment rooms on the ground floor and the master bedroom are grand but way to ornate for my liking. I grew up with tons of brass and faux gold leafing in my childhood home that I just won't repeat it in my home so hear I would have all traces of brass or gold leafing removed or really toned down. I did like the mosaic tiles in the pool area though. The kitchen is a chef's dream but a bit on the small side while that faux wall of books in the office is just kitsch, no pun intended. Hopefully there is a garage or access to some parking . Personally I would purchase it mostly unfurnished with none of the artwork. It will be an extremely hard sell at 95 M $ though.
