From the gate I can guess that this estate has flooding issues. See how high the compound is from the road. That’s the developer protecting the property from flood. It’s nice house and very spacious.

Please refrain from making conclusions about things you're not knowledgeable about. Experienced developers recognize the importance of building elevation above road level, regardless of flood concerns. This particular estate is well-planned and flood-free, setting a high standard in its area.
