I rather to have a villa in Dubai creek golf resort … I know Dubai and visiting every other month tried various hotels etc villas , that view is not peaceful at all towers views and motorways 🛣 … but again that is my opinion some people do like to be in towers like pigeon chicken one above each other …. For that price I can get nice villa swimming pool grass fresh air … , hope the lift never get out of order …. nice show tough & stunning flat ! impressive at night time …

I was sat in Dubai Airport on New Year's Eve I think around 2015 waiting for a flight.The TV in the terminal cut to a live feed of a fire in a fancy apartment block in Dubai with cladding. It spread up the outside of the entire building in minutes and was a raging inferno before people realised it wasn't part of the fireworks show. I had never seen anything like it before. Luckily there were no fatalities (unlike Grenfell), I'm guessing a lot were empty 2nd homes. I wonder how many of the blocks in the video are of the same construction.if you are heading out there -enjoy yourself but take LOTS OF care where you stay, there's no reaching those higher levels with ladders or water hoses.

Yes, there was a fire once in Downtown , and there were no casualties, people were evacuated quickly. fires happen in all countries and can be in any buildings, from this no one is insured. It's all in God's hands🙌

I would never buy a property in a non Christian country. Their legislation can turn against westerns and their properties in a blink of an eye. As we can see in France or Sweden, with the religions promoted and bounded with communists that are disrespecting christian heritage and properties, as they consider our culture "inferior" they feel encouraged to carry out invasions, vandalism and forbid people to get in some neighborhoods. Everything justified by religion. The trust is just gone forever.

I know this area, that apartment is stunning but is priced appropriately as its at the far end of the maria is either a long walk or tram ride to the beach. Those closer to the beach fetch a preium. Same with hotels, downtown $50 a night, marina beach $350. its all about location.

Dubai luxury properties are ludicrously over-priced. On The Palm, at Jumeira Beach and even in the Marina, prices are crazy. The interiors might be spectacular. But somewhere like The Greens is a better place to live in one of the newer high rises. Lawns, palm trees, a lake, a mall and each block has its own fitness centre and outdoor pool. Far more practical than a location like The Marina. I spent 3 years living in Dubai. I spent time in a shared apartment on The Palm, looked at places in The Marina but The Greens was better. A five minute drive from Mall of the Emirates and directly across Sheik Zayed Road is a Fitness First with an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool.
