House was built in the 80s I guess ur phone 📱 is from the 80s too..........Btw I schooled at state low cost primary that's the road to the house 🏠 after prison...........He also owned a shopping complex building in my area called Galadima and another building around west end and a soft drink and biscuits factory and alot of trailers........luxury cars na water 💧 we call the man BOKA he loves Mercedes benz but he also drove around in rolls royce in the late 90s each time he is in town because the man is hardly in town...........The mosque is dope too i wonder why u didn't do a video of the main mosque not this personal one as ur guy call it......Mai deribe a cool guy 😅 but the man hardly smile unlike his rival Alhaji bukar mandara.........Maiduguri has some dope palaces since u are in Maiduguri maybe u should check out Bukar bolori House and Ahmed idimi 😢There is also Medina mosque after deribe House not very close tho can't tell if boko boys haven't destroyed those houses tho bcos I left Maiduguri in 1998 for lagos to diaspora is nostalgic seeing this video mehn I hope I'll some day go back to see Maiduguri and see shehu of borno Palace all the way to hausari down to Monday Market through post office,ramat polytechnic,wulari,Jerusalem, Lake Chad Hotel.......Damn I can go on and on......Kudos to u my guy u did a good job just get a better camera 📷 next time and make sure its stable so u can create a great content of such an iconic place

This is so poorly shot. The lighting, camera placement n movement, voice over just not professional to say the least. This edifice would have been a great show. What a beautiful mansion but probably no power and everything just dark
