Thank you for the tour of your facility, greatly appreciated. I do have a few questions. 1. Does your quality control system record any "critical point" inspection data at each work cell, and do you use that data to augment your “Relentless Improvement” programs? 2. If that data is collected and recorded for each individual unit (VIN# traceability), is it retained for longevity & performance evaluations or in-service failure analysis, once again to augment the Relentless Improvement program? 3. Do you have defined corrective action procedures if a quality inspection issue is discovered during the assembly process? 4. Do the assembly line craftsmen have an open avenue to suggest and possibly implement ideas for improvements in both product quality and assembly line procedural processes? TPO is NOT rubber based...EPDM is. TPO can also be patched just like PVC but using a different solvent.

Finally got a chance to take a look at the Alliance Delta travel trailer. The main line on the water pump was flex tubing the appeared to be plumbed incorrectly. 😢 Decals on the outside were pealing off. Although the furniture was super comfortable to sit on, the appliances, countertops and cabnetry seemed really cheap. We were willing to up our price range to purchase the Alliance quality. Now we are not so sure about the quality seeing it first hand. 😢

PEX plumbing lines are used wherever possible. It is code that a flexible line (not PEX) must be used at the water pump to help with vibration.
