You can see the quality. Zip system. Closed cell spray foam. Looks built to last for decades. I wish this man much success. Scaling up this business model is hard.

@markgallagher1376, my thoughts exactly. Very impressive that he built his own and then helped his friend build his, and both were done outdoors. 11 years later, there's a massive dedicated factory with 120 employees.

This guy is a genius! Loved this interview. Only thing that bothered me is hearing he's not allowed to provide the Tiny Homes there, especially in that area & that it's illegal 😮 With all our Americans, our People who are suffering from Hurricane Helena & temperatures dropping...Gov should allow these Homes & so much more to these precious people in that area 😢
@rachelgoodkind65455 күн бұрын
Yes, they created the hurricane and then betrayed those affected by it. Sadly, not suprising. Treason. Americans are left to helping each other out.

Tennessee now allows tiny home builders to build modular homes, if the builder goes thru the application process and gets approval. Modular homes can either be built on skids, delivered on a flat bed and slid into place on top of a foundation, OR built on a trailer with axles, a hitch & wheels, then remove the hitch and axles post delivery. East Tennessee Helene survivors can get modular homes and the NC Governor could get a similar process through their Congress for the WNC survivors to use.

I was able to attend an open house they had at their previous location. The quality and design were spot on!! Attention to detail quality products, innovative designs and affordable prices combined to make a beautiful home. Now I’m excited to see the modular home as I live in Chattanooga area which the county restrictions don’t allow tiny homes. Will definitely be making a visit soon!! Thank you!!

Great growth and what looks like a well built small house. Huge potential for delivering a more affordable home option I hope. I like how your business model has evolved and your homes has changed and evolved as you moved forward. I myself find the looks of these homes to be very stark, severe and cold with little warmth or inviting nature that says I am home and is a cozy and comfortable place to be. It says industrial facility institutional l design. Looks nice while sharp and new, but will not age well as it gets weathered and begins to show normal wear and tear. But that’s just me. My tastes often don’t match those of the people buying the products you’re successfully marketing and building. It’s good to see however you appear to be putting together packages containing considerable contemporary styles and color.
