The insulation needs to be top knotch . I fished there for over 30 years . The winds are incredible quite often . Also being up the mountain it is even worse .

I wish if you are selling a home you’d learn to say the name and the places properly, it happens a lot on this Chanel that the presenters are not saying the Welsh names and places properly . I get they may be strange to English people but it’s a mark of respect and when Saying it in a video to sell a home it’s not good if you are wrong! Don’t mean to be so negative but it’s just not good .

OMG what a wonderful lot for a home - how did they manage to get it ? I would knock that horrible modern monstrosity down & start again - sorry I hate, hate, hate 'modern' that thinks everything must be chrome or stainless or glass - it's an ugly place in that location - spoils that gorgeous piece of land - I feel so angry !!! I would build a low-profile place with natural materials - stone or wood, and a thatched roof & blend it into the landscape to maintain the beauty of that land !!!!
