One of the worst houses I've ever seen. 7 Mil and EVERYTHING is plastic and fake, awful layouts, nothing bespoke, everything is square, exposed sensors and gadgets everywhere, resin floor, fake stone walls, I'm laughing the whole way through the video!

A masterclass in how you take the soul out of a beautiful period house. And what is it with all the lighting?? A ceiling full of lights, walls full of lights. If this is the style you love, built a new house and keep this one in it's original style. And yes, you can add a modern extension, upgrade the interior, but this is definitely not the way to do it!

Honestly size doesn’t matter in 2023. I’ve been in London apartments that have everything a person would want in manageable size from bedrooms to living room to the dining area the views from the balcony. All mansions crate now is clutter.

This will probably qualify as a 'Club' than a house. Pretty but lacks directions and sense of belonging ! Football players have all the money to splurge but lack sense of belonging when you look at their properties. No offence, Jasmin, I would buy this "House" but convert it into a 'Tea House'. House is big no from me, especially for the money. There is just a lack of considered design from outside to inside. The dark wood staircase against the grey wood doors? The design of the door casings? The fitting vents on the ceiling. So many small details are wrong on this place.

Unfortunately, to me, this looks like a house where the owners didn't want to listen to an experienced interior designer. There are so many things that don't want to fit together or that could have been designed more coherently. Too bad to see. But thank you for the video and the presentation! 21:10 Regarding the snooker table: There are 4 individual stone plates under the cloth. So the table did not have to go through the door. ;) A 12ft snooker table is about the size of 2 double beds side by side.

They build snooker tables in the room they are going in. The slate bed (the flat, hard part under the green cloth) comes in 5 sections and they go through a very meticulous process to get them lined up and the joints smoothed out. It's a cool thing to watch, there are some vids on youtube of it.

Terrible kitchen design for such a top end gaff, have to walk a mile from fridge to sink to rinse or prepare & tea making prep area just as bad. Chiller fridges and Fridge freezers Would be better situated behind the sink on the window wall & pushing the L shape island forward.
