Sounds like a lot of the choices were suggested by the interior designers rather than from the owners since they don't seem to be able to communicate the thinking behind a lot of the design choices other than "it was interesting".

Hmm nth particularly inspiring or outstanding, except for the storeroom, and then it was just a normal storeroom too. But I’ll glad they like some i and their fish pond

So so lah. Only thing unique is the split colour.

I kills me a little that the split colour was not 50-50🤣🤣🤣 i have ocd

Stand on the left and it'll look 50-50. Due to parallex error

Agree, and even so I found the split colour a little jarring

It’s quite terrible actually

I like it. Plain, clean and simple, minimalist and practical, nothing ostentatious, pretentious or over-the-top. This is what a home should look like.

@@profitmuhammed7813 There are no rules. But isn't this a feature on interesting interiors? There's literally nothing interesting about this interior hence the nature of my comment.

This Channel is not like other channel where only the rich and stupid design(Making a room just for walk in wardrobe) is being shown. interesting or not is up to each one to decide.

V nice. Problem with EM these days is the lease, other then that, it's really quite a nice layout to play around with.
@syafiqzailan2 жыл бұрын
If you dont mind answering. What happen when the lease is over? Is it sg government will quickly take it back and is there any compensation or they will loose money. Im from Malaysia anyway.
@ExileRicochet132 жыл бұрын
@@syafiqzailan There will be no compensation after the 99 years lease expired because the property value would be $0 by then so Singaporeans will have to use their own money to buy a new home instead.
@maharaja33032 жыл бұрын
@@syafiqzailan sad to say that govt will just claim back and chase you out of the house. Lets hope there is top up option in the future.
