the most detailed review for this rifle on youtube! amazing stuff

There’s plenty of stuff I left out otherwise it’d be hours long. I want to do a few more videos with it as well. There’s one channel who was able to do a short barrel conversion that I wanted to test so the next videos will be looking at his video and shouting him out

@@TalonMeyer yeah the only real negative is the proprietary rubber, I read somewhere that you could get around it by heavily modifying a gbb/vsr one but since it's delicate rubber i'm not too sure since accuracy can be hit or miss judging by other reviews

I have seen something like that as well. I have not opened this one up enough to say anything about it but I can say that of my KWA rifles I have been really happy with the performance of stock buckings. I have not seen a significant jump in performance from Maple Leaf (my go to bucking if Im swapping stuff) to whatever stock bucking. Maybe Im just old school and make do with what Ive got. I'll be doing a video on different length inner barrels and Ill use stock and Maple Leaf bucking for the exploration. Got on a thought train looking at pics from a milsim and seeing indoor and outdoor players setups.

@mattew_2795 Yeah, I'm not sure why they kept such an outdated bucking and inner barrel design. Considering that the LM4 accuracy was terrible, they should've went with a VSR bucking or aeg like ghk.

I find it funny that Austria & Australia are spelled similar & they both use bullpups that are quite similar!

So I actually am in the works of a video on the history on the F90 but for you I can give some spoilers lol in the 80s Australia wants a new service weapon and end up testing an AUG amongst other rifles. Settled on the AUG with a bayonet lug and lockout tab on the trigger which was the F88, when it was adopted (1988). Lithgow Arms would get the contract to produce it in Australia and would make revisions to it through the years and in 2015 released the EF88 to the ADF and Lithgow had the F90 as the export variant to produce for other neighboring countries and the export variant is what KWA got to produce an Airsoft version. And yes it is a very cool coincidence, so much so that the F88 was referred to as the Austeyr (AUStralia-Steyr combined)

Wow I wil say that’s some very consistent gassing on this bad boy 30 rd and only an 8 fps difference

I really hope someone like TNT comes along with a more traditional hop unit so we can use gbb buckings and barrels.

I think we’d have to see ALOT more players getting the F90 before that happens. KWA themselves have mentioned offering the different barrel lengths but don’t want to commit

Amazing video bud! Got one of these bad boys on the way for my first gbb. Do you know if KWA are going to release different barrell lengths? Really want the 14.5 inch barrell on this beast!
@TalonMeyer3 ай бұрын
When I spoke with KWA I had asked about the barrel lengths, they said they would offer it if enough people picked up the F90. It is not popular in the US so Im not too optimistic. I have seen one player who did a 10 inch barrel version you can check his channel out; @BSKorn1 Im working on a history video on this guy since its super not popular and several of my gun friends had never heard of it so I think that will be alot of fun

The only annoying thing about this gun is the proprietary bucking and inner barrel. I'm not sure why they decided to use such a different and old design.

With oem bucking, 0.28 or 0.3 might be travelled further and better than 0.32
@TalonMeyer3 ай бұрын
This is a good point, I didn’t talk about in the vid but I had a clip where I tested with .28s and a previous video I used .40s. The .28s seemed like the gas would spin them into wider inconsistent patterns than we saw with the .32s And the .40s carries the best but couldn’t get up to speed in the barrel and 200 feet was the max I was testing with a 1 out of 60 impact

@@TalonMeyer Like your effort towards KWA. They are among top airsoft manufacture better than many which overhype. I find buy Kwa you will play and less spend. Others are money pits

@@ferdinandolatin2125 There are several brands that are worth the money and theres sometimes where players want the option of having a bench of upgrades but I generally like getting the gun out of the box. Doing little to no upgrades is just what I prefer to do now

I was so sad when they decided to not bring the real deal to the American market
@TalonMeyer3 ай бұрын
It was so weird reading about that since it was already getting parts built in Georgia and I think had made its way to a Shot Show when Thales pulled the product, claimed they never intended on releasing something in the US on ‘ethical’ reasons
