Wow, my Uganda is developing. The houses look beautifully designed. But what a shame, the roads, paving and landscaping all need improvement. Moreover, there are no street lights, so this is dangerous to drive in the night time. I like the idea of building a gate. The place will be a Gated Community and this will deter unnecessary people from accessing the community. A gated community also ensures safety of everyone living in the community. Thank you.

These are very good looking homes, but I am a bit disappointed with road system in most of these neighborhoods that you have been showcasing in the last few videos, like at 31:00 what are they thinking? Each Parameter wall in that suburb/Estate costs more than my house, Fees should be levied monthly on each of those houses by the local council to go towards the maintaining of the the entire estate roads, because its appalling to see the state of those roads yet the houses look very elegant, and the money collected should be published online for Accountability purposes.

I love your videos, bro. But I hate those foreign street names. Here in America, black people have to make noise so that some streets are named after people like Martin Luther King Jr. I understand, one Kampala Street, was named after Malcom X by Idi Amin but it was changed after Amin was gone. When shall we stop using meaningless foreign names. We name ourselves, Brian, Patrick, and so on as if we are white. We need to decolonize. Naming streets in foreign names is a sign of inferiority.

My fellow Africans, This is terrible town planning. From the health and safety perspective, town planning MUst have at least 3 meters from the boundary wall. Please send a fact-finding team to Namibia and South Africa to come and study town planning and architecture here. How do you plant trees and flowers on the pavement, where are the pedestrians supposed to walk? In fact, the pavement area is known as a public access area, you are not allowed to plant trees unless you push your boundary wall by 2 meters and plant trees within your boundary area. Come on, you cannot destroy town planning in new residential areas. I see a hazard for every pedestrian in that area because there is no pavement-safe area to walk. Do people normally walk in the middle of the road in Uganda? In the event of a fire or accident emergency, where are the emergency vehicles going to park safely and not obstruct traffic flow? It is a beautiful neighborhood with steep hills and traffic blind spots. Which engineer and town planner approved those plans? They should be fired.
