about deep-fried wonton; next time I suggest you to try dipping with it’s sauce. (sweet, and a bit sour and spicy - no worries, not too much) 😋

3:27, she's confusing how many skewers you want to buy. Ussually, they sell it separately, like 10 or 15 bath for each skewer. She thought you wanted to buy a 15bath-type for 10 skewers. if you want to order a specific amount of skewer in Thai, try to put "ไม้" (Mai) after the number. for example, 1 mai (neung-mai), 2 mai(song-mai)

Yes, that was very confusing. He ended up buying way too much, I think. Lol

Btw dont add mai randomly. Mai is unit for skewer/stick. To pronounce correctly you have to add some h > m(h)ai (like WHY) cause if u just mai people will understand as NO/refusing.
9:52 OMG you need sauce for that and for a pork inside it is a Marinated Pork Chop.

Should have crispy wonton with its sweet sauce. Don’t be too afraid of spicy, just tell the seller you can do no or less spicy - Mai-Phed or Phed-Nid-Noy.😊

TIP: when you read any Thai names/words spelled with “ph”, pronounce it as “p” in the words like “pot”, “pan”, “pie”, etc. it is not pronounced like an “f” Same with “th”, it should be pronounced as “t” in the words like “tiger”, “tie”, “tea”, etc. Not pronounced like “th” in “thin”, “think”, “thing”. Have a good time in Thailand na ka.

That fried wonton can only be had with the sweet sauce! Or else it's just bland and dry.

4:00 there is tag price THB15 and THB10 you should just ask 1 not said 10 because they seems confused also, after they gives you 10pcs and you gives them THB10 that when uncomfortable moment happens 🤧

He said 10 because she ask him “how much?” not “how many?”
@pawonmakmak2856 Жыл бұрын
@@Kay-nq3vh he should said 10bath not just 10, the way she speaking in English we should notice that her English very little
@pontabui Жыл бұрын
I think she didn't know the difference between 'how much' and 'how many'. She's trying to ask,'How many do you want?'. But she used 'how much' in stead of 'how many', plus she can not complete a full sentence in English.

Most Thai dine on the street with pollution and no health inspectors and many cheap tourists backpacking like it .
@vassanab4243 Жыл бұрын
Yes and no, you can find anything from cheap on street to expensive/luxury in Thailand. If you go to food court/restaurants in shopping mall you can also find a lot of Thai people. There are many tourist who are not backpacker and stay in luxury hotel, including this guy, but love to experience street food in Thailand. Btw if you are not blind you can see that this is at market , not beside the street( but we still call it street food)
