I know the architects find a way for things.....but having a huge pool on each balcony......4 car garage on each residence....all the floors.....the weight of that building right on the beach......I'd be worried lol

Cars are not heavy AT ALL on a per sq foot basis. A parking space is a minimum of 8ft x 16ft which is 128sq ft. If an average car weighs 5000lbs thats only 40lbs per sqft which is almost nothing

Also there is no problem with it being on sand or near water, the real problem is the florida limestone. But it can handle more than enough weight if a little settlement is expected. With no settlement I think it can handle close to 6tons per sq ft. With a little settlement I think that number doubles

For the money they want, the garage should come with a fleet of Bentleys. Side note; because of all those high-rise buildings on the beach in Sunny Isles, you only get a few hours of direct sunshine per day on the beach. Once the sun gets on the west side of all those skyscrapers, the beach is shrouded in shade.

It don't look as much like a home as I would like. Looks like a car dealership but I would make it work. The pattern in the wooden hallway floor looks dated but that can be changed. Love the large balconies.
