Thanks for such a fascinating and educational tour. What a beautiful palace. I can't imagine what the outcome of WW2 would have been for the U.K. without Winston Churchill as the Prime Minister. R.i.P. Sir Winston. ❤🙏🇬🇧

‘Ello Lord Joel & Lady Lia! What a wonderful tour to watch. I thoroughly enjoyed that! Can you even imagine what it was like to live in such a posh lifestyle, dining at those long tables with all of the fancy place settings and service? So amazing to see how others lived back then. And I guess how a few people still live now. You two are Royal in my eyes 🤗 Only you two would find an American doing tours at an English palace! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Thanks for the fun video! Love watching your travels and all of your fun banter and tangents! #longlivetheromper

I’ve heard so many Americans say they’re leaving the country because of how crazy things have gotten, but nobody ever does-props to Kimberly for actually following through.
@jwb52z9

I knew there had to be someone who would actually do it other than a couple of celebrities. I know I would if I could do it and survive long enough to get British citizenship, but that would take a proverbial medical and financial miracle. I doubt they'd let a disabled person in without being rich.

However, at this point, people living in the UK are going to begin feeling the pinch of BREXIT. It may get more expensive to live there.

I mean I came in here to give props to Kimberly and was speaking from my own personal experience as an American who hears that from Americans, and then y’all had to go an make it weird.

I absolutely love this place and need to go back! When I went a couple of years ago, a lot of the furnishings and furniture were pushed aside or moved as there was a movie being filmed inside. I'm so glad you came there so I am able to see what it would have typically looked like. Really enjoyable and such a beautiful place.

Can you imagine how long a guided tour would be if you were allowed all over the palace and not just that sectioned-off bit? It would take all day because it's massive. The artwork on the ceiling looked incredible. I'm sure it looks even better in person. I love old architecture with all the details in them. They don't build things like that anymore. Like the old stone churches with all the stained glass. I love those. It would cost a fortune to build anything like that now. It seems they use such cheap materials now and get things built faster without any thought of detail and design. The woodwork on older homes is more intricate. Now it's just plain wood slapped on the top and bottom of a wall.

Oh, thanks for the tour! Blenheim Palace was the first place I visited on my trip to England and Scotland years ago. I was so jet-lagged, I struggle to remember Blenheim, but your tour brought it all back! I’m from the states, and I’d love to return for another visit someday.

That was really interesting! Thank you for taking us on a tour of Blenheim Palace. I had never heard of it before, but after watching The Crown, and historical WWll shows, of course, Winston Churchill and others from that era are quite well known. You two gave an amazing overview. Thank you for panning the camera slowly and showing some of the signage. I stopped the video numerous times to look at that remarkable painting on the ceiling in more detail and to read some of the signs. 🌟

The 1st thing I learned is that I've been mispronouncing "Blenheim". "Blenheim" is also the name of a British WW2 bomber that I know about, and I, being American, have always called it a "BLEN-hyme". Now I know it's actually a "BLEN-um".

If you think telling people from 300 years ago that their books would become redundant is weird, you should try telling people who are still alive from before the internet existed the same thing. :) When I was a kid, the internet was literally a new thing. Most adults had no idea about it and thought it was going to be a fad at the time in the late 80s and early 90s. Back then, you had to be a higher income person/family in the US to have a connection at all in most cases. Speaking of sofas, did you two see the whole debacle about Ikea's Pride Month flag inspired sofas?
