@@cashree2370 , to be fair, Peter Fury had a terrible strategy for Savannah Marshall. Savannah Marshall is taller and has longer are reach but didn't use it. She needed to keep Shields away with her reach and constantly back up now and then and wait for a knock out blow. She tried what Tyson Fury did to Deontay Wilder and it backfired. She tried to walk Shields down but the unlike Wilder,Shields can box. Marshall walked right into an ass whipping.

Mayer did not set an example of how upcoming women should behave after a loss. We did not get the chance to hear from her team and the good man coach AL. Very unfair to leave the scene like that. So now she is missing out on all the BTS stuff.

What a real classy lady who can define herself while in the ring and call to account of her opponents ability, and the adjustments she had to make. Most men fighter's can barely remember what round it is their in. Ms Shields is as good as a boxer can get. That made all the difference between the two women, she's a boxer not just a fighter who will take unnecessary punishment just to win a fight. That's why Marshall lost she's not a boxer, she has no strategy for a boxer like Ms Shields. Marshall just threw defense to the wind just to fight, taking shots to the body and head unnecessarily with every punch from Ms Shields Marshall was being hurt it was obvious, to the crowd, and the Judges a unanimous decision by all three Judges.

@Curt Escher Savannah may have won 2 rounds at best, and that's being generous because Clarissa played the ropes too much. Clarissa(8-2). And you want a rematch? Wasn't even close. Savannah didn't wobble nor hurt Clarissa. Her punching power was a non-issue. A boxer beats a puncher 99% of the time.

The irony of all this is that Clarissa was fighting for middleweight undisputed a second time. If she had never vacated the belt that Marshall had, Marshall wouldn't have ever been a champion. Since the GWOAT has conquered all there is to conquer, I guess the only way that she can keep from getting bored is to drop belts and win them all over again.

Just like Kambosos. look at her face after the fight. I think that show of power was a sign of things to come, but what all of her real fans really want her to do is keep winning. We don't care how!

Apart from being No. 2 in her division, I have great respect for Savannah Marshall and the way she comports herself. She is class act. Never a mean spirited word out of her mouth. She is full of grace and presents a great role model for aspiring, young female boxers. Much the same way that Manny Pacquiao was a great ambassador for the sport.
