Making this strategy more safe: After the formation of the inside candle, let one more candle form which should break and close above or below either High or Low of Mother Candle. Only then take your entry.

So in Live market how to calculate our target? Till where should market go? After close the market we can easily calculate if I taken the trade will give me 200,300 or more than that point.

No one can predict the Market. You can only guess the Support and Resistance Levels through some indicators like Pivot Points, Bollinger Bands, parallel Channels etc. But actual movement of the market can not be decided in advance.
