And then divide it in half, make a splinter of the hard skin and use it as a spoon to peel off and enjoy the soft coconut flesh. It is the most refreshing fruit made by God. Meron na siguro sa pinas but not as massive as this kase dito sa state I saw a canned coconut milk made in the phillipines.usually ang marami talaga came from Thailand and I'm sad to say that I prefer to use the one made in Thailand than from our country dahil iba ang quality sa thailand.very milky and smooth while yong sa pinas galing medyo rancid and lumulutang ang mantika sa ibabaw.

4:47. That is not Coconut Jaggery. It's Coconut Sap. It starts to ferment as soon as it is collected from the cut Coconut Flower. It turns into Coconut Wine called a Toddy in South Asia or Tuba in the Philippines. It has about 4% alcohol content. If you boil the Coconut Wine and distilled it, you get hard liquor at 90 proof. A second distillation will increase to 166 proof. When you let fresh Coconut Wine to ferment longer, you get Coconut Vinegar. When you boil and reduce the fresh Coconut Sap, the alcohol content evaporates leaving behind a dark brown syrup. This is Coconut Jaggery or Coconut sugar. It is put into molds. After it cools down, it solidifies and hold the shape of whatever mold is used and you just chip off or grind the blocks for use in desserts, drinks or recipes needing sugar.

@@tkjho: It starts to ferment while still being collected in those plastic or bamboo containers. Normally it becomes drinkable Coconut Wine in a very short time frame. If let to ferment longer than 24 hours without refrigeration, it turns to Coconut Vinegar which by the way, taste better than other Vinegar on the market.

Thanks fir sharing this video. I am in the market to start a coconut food manufacturing in West Africa. My grandfather left us 5,000 hectares of beach front land with coconut trees. No one is producing food products. They only manually extract water and make oil locally. Their oil is dark because they burn the coconuts to get oil. My manufacturing will create jobs and boost the economy.

The Philippines is the largest producer of coconuts but still selling COPRA!!! The government should help the Filipino coconut farmers so the Philippines will not be left behind. Coconut water sells for $1.25 a pint in US. In Philippine copra operations, coconut water is used to water the trees., coconut husk is burned to dry the copra! Coco coir is treated by Mercedes -Benz into cushions by dipping the coir in latex rubber. .The powder, granules from the coir stripping is a very expensive planting media. Virgin coconut oil was invented in the Philippines but now every coconut producer sells Virgin Coconut oil. I see some that is yellow. Real virgin coconut oil is crystal clear and solidifies at 74 deg F.. The farmers also partly are to blame. In 2007, I made coco-diesel. I had a set up to do 200 liters every 48 hrs.. I went to buy the nuts. I was quoted PHP 5.00 each. I ordered an initial of 100 nuts. The dealer wanted PhP30-00 each when he heard it will be made into biodiesel. I canceled the project and went back home to the US.

I found that a person is using a ring to cut the ring type out put, say chocolate like one. Instead can you think of using a square plate fixed, say 4 rings, which will help you improve productivity as also reduce wastage.
