As a south Indian, I think this is just a prayer room not a temple. Temples always has an ambient which is merged with nature it cannot located on the first floor of air-conditioned building.

This is built by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. Although their temple architecture is different still beautiful. The akshardham temples in delhi and Gujarat are worth a visit just to enjoy the beauty of the place. As a South indian who stayed in delhi, you never get that ambience in northen temples but nevertheless both are worship place , its from your heart and mind. I expected something similar to akshardham around the globe, but this structure is just medium. Anyways we needed a temple, its better than having none.
