New subscriber here... A Trini living abroad! Curry Iguana is the BEST! Iguana meat is sweeter than chicken, pork or beef! Iguanas are herbivores, so they eat leaves, veggies and fruits. Lizards like the green iguana are high in protein, low in calories, and high in nutrients, including zinc and iron. There is bonfire on Cantara beach, being with horses ,Tikki bar boat, Top catch tours would have been nice to do. They would have take u all to a nice quiet beach. See Dolphins and manta rays. Down the islands is nice in Trinidad also. If you get the right crew. Ziplining in chaguramas.
