I was expecting something more and special with the first apartment being at the higher price and larger size, but it just didn't do anything for me. The second apartment was nice enough - good to have a window in the bath area and the balcony was great. The bedroom looks too narrow to even put a double bed in it without leaving the sliding doors open. Still, I did like it better than the 1st . Marc from Georgia USA

The 2nd apartment is way better than the first 1. The 2nd apartment was one of the few apartments I've seen in videos for Japanese apartments that actually strikes me as functional and practical (as in the set up makes sense and stuff is not put where it is just to have it). I hear and see the phrase "maximizing space" used a lot in Japanese apartment videos, but most of the time, it just seems like architects and builders and interior designers in Japan go from a stand point of "Here's a space. What can we put in it so we can charge rent?" The end result is a place no one is really happy with. I've seen Japanese people interviewed about where they live and they often say the set up is not really practical or functional too. The first, more expensive, apartment is a prime example of what I'm saying. Nothing about it makes sense. The 2nd apartment is much, much better. I would be fine living there. My only quibbles with the 2nd one are that I would prefer a flat surface electric stove top and I don't know if my Twin XL bed (as I am 6'4") would fit in the bedroom space and let me open the closet doors. My apologies for rambling. 🙂 I really like your videos. I find them interesting. It is one of many channels I watch about Japanese life as I have always been fascinated and interested in Japanese culture. Keep up the good work. 🙂

1物件目、いつもの様に観ていたら、何か違和感が…あっ！でも、すぐ気付きました。いつもの音楽に歌がね。1曲目はえ？え？って感じでしたけど、2部屋目、3部屋目は心地よかったですよ。それからは、通常で、、いつも通り。私は、歌付き全然オッケーです。って、物件見たいのに！！また、繰り返し観ますね(^^)

Первая квартира не понравилась совсем. Спальня на первом этаже,окно открываетс в какой-то каменный мешок ,еще и сетка сверху! Кухня на втором этаже и опять расстояние от кухонного гарнитура до крутой лестницы сантиметров 60! Далее ,где поставить холодильник? Видимо в комнате? Балкон не подразумевает выход на него из-за сетки под ногами. Ну не очень! Вторая квартира хоть и меньше,но мне понравилась больше. Балкон функционален,кухня толковая,пол с подогревом -все отлично! И кстати,что означает туалет в американском стиле? Не поняла!

１軒目、広い部屋なのにアメセパ…設計士は何を考えているんだ？ 設備は充実しているし、それ以外は良いと思うんだけど。 ２軒目、浴室の物干し、２列の片方は物干し竿を除けておくためのものだから物干しとして数えるのはどうかと。壁際ギリギリではハンガーが架けられないでしょ？そもそも竿も１本しかないし。 間取りはオーソドックスで使いやすそう。
