Las Vegas is the perfect place to have an underground house. You can tell that this house was a labor of love. Beautiful. Jordan, you have a well developed skill for finding, gaining access to, and presenting these gemstone destinations that you feature in your videos. I've been watching your videos since you started and, as each year passes, your videos continue to improve. I predict that you will reach a million subscribers in 2 - 3 years.

Hi Elvis Fan! Yes, The Underground House (soon evolving to the Las Vegas Underground Mansion) is developing a historical tour program and by January you will have the opportunity to come to small (12 person) tours. We are a private residence and do not advertise. It's pretty special to be able to come here.

It certainly looks early 1970s. The house where we lived in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s had built-in appliances like that. The space program was very popular at the time, so people were trying to emulate what they thought would be in space-age homes. I thought they were cool, but they really weren’t very practical. We also had an underground bomb shelter in the back yard, as it was during the Cold War and we lived near a SAC base.

Las Vegas has monsoons, but the Underground House was designed for this environment. We don't have bugs, ants, very little dirt or dust, no smoke and great ventilation. Earthquakes happen everywhere, but the structure of this Underground House is like the lower floors of a commercial building or casino. It's much safer than most buildings. We are connected to city sewer and have a pumping station to handle the underground grey and black water. It only has to be elevated 12 feet to connect to the city line under the main road. We have no issue with sewers. We have a backup generator and over 1000 gallons of potable water. ;-)
