+Kev San Cold conditions? Where has there been a World Cup in cold conditions? Cooler climate maybe but not cold. A cooler temperature will not cause dehydration, sun stroke or dizzy spells. Double standards?? You`re a fool. Its about safety.

Did I not outline the safety issues, sun stroke, dehydration...And you just answered you own question. Adapting is the difference. Players in Latin and African leagues have acclimatized. Take a player from Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales - avg temp is about half that in Latin America nevermind Qatar. They physically wouldnt be able to run after 20 mins. This can even be an issue in mainland Europe for these players. And wasnt the world cup in Africa 6 years ago?? Where games were played in the evenings, African players didnt complain, Latin players didnt complain, north american players didnt complain. Why would you even want a tournament where fatigue will occur and affect quality of the competition.
