thanks coach Reese! my team is playing 1442 on the papper but in possession the formation changes to 1433 , the second striker drop deep centralt to form three midfielders with the two other central midfielders and the right and left wingers moved to half spaces to play as inside forwards . my question is where you think , shall the both wingers move inside or just one of them move inside and the other wing stay wide , where you think ?

Hi Belal! It depends on the profile of your wingers and other players. If your wingers both havve the profile of inside forwards it might make sense to use them both as inside forwards. Or If you're using an attacking midfielder you need to determine their best position. Do you want them central on in the opposite half space? The determining factors are always the profile or your players and how you want to approach the game

@@CoachReese Yes l am using attacking midfielder , if the both wingers move inside shall the both Fbs fill the width or just one fb fil the width and the other FB stay near the CBs to maintain balans, l wonder wether?

You need to make sure you have balance within your attacking shape. So again, it depends on how you want your attacking/rest defence shapes to look, along with the profile of your players. Personally, If you're using both full-backs to maintain width. I wouldn't be using an attacking midfielder. You will end up with too many players in the same spaces which will impact how you progress forward. If you want to use an attacking midfielder, don't invert both wingers, only invert one. But that's my preference, you need to identify what works for you and the players you are working with

Hey Coach! Im a new subscriber and Im already liking your videos! Thanks for these. I had a doubt tho. Im from India. So is there a Chance if a foreigner can get His UEFA coaching license in some other foreign country cause India Doesn't Give The UEFA License it gives the AFC License.

Hi Hyulo! I'm glad you are finding the videos useful. There is lots of opportunities for coaches outside of the UEFA countries to get the UEFA licences. You tend to need to reach a certain level within your own FA Licences first. Once you have done so you can apply for courses within different FAs (I'm currently undertaking a course outside of my own FA!). With anything like this your best option is to speak with your own FA first, then speak with other FAs and find out what level they require for coaches outside of that country. I hope that helps!

@hyulo_Fxlcon ⚽️⚽️🇺🇸Yup you can ; Football is an international game; I myself got my UEFA licence Level B from Spain before getting My U.S. Licence Level A from the USA as well otherwise it's hugely adviced to get ur Licence level PRO from Switzerland (FiFa worldwide association)!!
