And I must admit his attire brought back fond childhood memories when the Mexicans and Chicanos dressed like this on the regular. Only thing missing was absolutely nothing. I went to Cal Berkeley. Did you peep his Too $hort album. African Americans dressed like that since the 1930s to early 80s in Oakland, SF Chicago, NYC, Brooklyn and Detroit. What's missing is the Fedoras, Hamburgs, Walkers and Duster caps. Gerald use to creep through the Berkeley and Oakland Hills parties.
