It's so crazy watching these things in hindsight. Notch was such an absolute doucheburger back then, but it was often overlooked and dismissed because of the amount of social justice warriors absolutely shitting up any criticism by relentlessly spamming obnoxious, absurd and outlandish stuff about him. If they had just stfu he wouldn't have been able to hide behind the jolly Minecraft santa facade for so long.
