As a complete outsider I am aware of the history between both sides and the many many lives, both innocent & not so innocent, that have been lost on both sides. What I have a hard time understanding is how some can view Oct 7 as totally justified “from the river to the sea” & call for the destruction of Israel because of all the things that were done to them prior but in the same sentence or breathe call for a “Cease Fire” or say that Israel is currently doing something terrible or horrific. You're right. It did not start on Oct 7th. Did it start in April 1920 when riots injured over 200 Jews and 5 were killed? Did it start in August 1929, when a mob killed 133 Jews?
