It shows she's humble and grounded as she's stayed in the same place for ages for her kids to grow up in. A lot of these celebrities move a lot because they always want something bigger and fancier as they move up the wealth ladder. It's more an observation than anything.

@THAT GOES WHERE?!? I'm not saying that moving around is a bad thing. The average person can move around as a necessity. Maybe normal people want change, maybe their lease expired, maybe they got married or a new job. The rich move houses because a house is a luxury, a status symbol. It's more of an observation than us being judgey. Most of the houses on here seem like nobody lives there and are more like a museum, so it was a nice surprise to see Hilary's house which she admits is kinda messy and seeing her kids act like actual kids. She seems like she's being herself and not playing some character. Most of the celebs on these interviews seem like they are playing a caricature of themselves, afraid to miss their lines and afraid to break character. Celebs are generally so used to playing a character that they forget how to be a relatable person, break character and break the 4th wall. People are creatures of habit, so it makes sense. Also, if these celebs didn't want people talking about them and their lifestyle, they wouldn't film these house tours. Why are you getting so upset over this discussion anyway? We are saying we like Hilary because she is so unproblematic and real.

That she cared about herself, her values, her reputation and the kind of person she wanted to be at an young age - Which is the biggest part, add in her good mom too. I remember in the early 2000s all these tabloids would try to predict her messing up. Unlike now, the people exploited the innocent young teens way too much. She’s still acting a lot. This is exactly the kind of house I imagined she'd have. It's beautiful but practical, not over the top, not sterile, so much love evident throughout. I like that she's like "the table has Sharpie on it" and it looks like you can actually live in her house, it's not monochromatic like other stars where it looks like you can't sit on the couch because it will get dirty. This is why Hilary has been my idol from the very beginning since before I was 10 (31 now), she's so humble and down to earth, she never gives off fake vibes and has never gone off the deep end like most of her Disney peers, yes she has gone through tough times as a teen/young adult with her eating disorder and dating older guys when she was underage but honestly that's it, she's kept her cool and poise and has come out on the other side stronger and more mature. She's so underrated it's ridiculous, love seeing her thrive in life and as a mother, this is definitely a family home.

Her house has lived in vintage vibes. Her closet looks like she’s actually worn the clothes! I love this woman! She is so CHILL! I just got a kitten and yup you guessed it- I named her Banks🙀 When I heard what she named her daughter when the lil baby was just born I was instantly smitten with the name. 😻😻My kids have fur so🙃 Love you Hilary!
