After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthotopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project. My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.

Ryan Graves said something on News Nation yesterday about the intelligence agencies classifying all this and he said “How can they classify reality “. Fifty years ago my friend's dad was on his deathbed and told him that we had weapons back then to make war as we know it extinct. He could never say what he did and took his work to his grave. I met a former long haul truck driver in Australia. He was traveling on a lonely stretch of road and out of the corner of his eye he spotted a small craft tailing him. Fascinating content and my son took a great pic of a huge pyramid shaped UFO/UAP just 'sitting tight' in the sky over Banbury, UK (RAF/USAF Barford St John is close by) and having looked at the image it is the 'real deal' so I don't need to be further convinced of the reality. But let's put another angle on this: It goes without say that certainly Russia, China, and maybe other adversarial powers have retrieved alien technology and evidence of something extraordinary; so what if they decided to fully disclose the truth of the matter before the USA disclose as they [adversarial powers] could deploy that as a psychological warfare tactic to undermine the integrity of the USA government (if it has any) in the eyes of the American people by demonstrating to the American people that their Government has lied to them for at least 70-years? That would then put the Government of the USA's already fragile credibility in a somewhat tenuous position. Also consider that if the USA has developed advanced weapons technology from this retrieved material, who is to say that adversarial powers have not also developed the same technology? So that being the case then the balance of power is still maintained but western powers, as likely the USA are not alone in this cabal-like cover-up, have then lost their credibility as this massive cover-up and fabrication of the world's greatest lie would be a more sensitive issue in an alleged democracy than it would in a Dictatorship which certainly Russia, China, and N. Korea are. And clearly adversarial powers will be watching these proceedings with interest as in any case they likely already have moles planted in the USA 'intelligence machine' and they could certainly tactically play this very cleverly. I think I should add my own experience here; it was a grey Sunday morning in the 1990's I am always first to rise, and I did so on this particular Sunday morning. I walked out onto our fairly large balcony, and was looking out at the angry sky, and out of the corner of my eye, I noticed, almost subconsciously, a leaf falling, rotating - spinning as it fell, so i spontaneously turned my head to look at it. It wasn't a leaf I saw, but a black triangle - static, and hanging in the air just below the cloud cover, it rotated at the rate of about one full rotation per second. I couldn't catch my breath, and stood there open-mouthed for several seconds. Then, full of excitement I thought to shout for my youngest son to come and join me on the balcony, but quickly realised that he was too far away in his bedroom on the other side of the apartment to hear me. Then I thought to go and fetch him, but noticed too that the object had started to move and accelerate in a direction from my right to my left - a Westerly direction. Then I realised that by the time I had hauled my son out of bed the object would be long gone, so I chose to just watch it get faster and faster until it disappeared into the clouds and was gone. I personally believe that this was a man-made craft, but clearly it was nothing we have knowledge of in the public domain. This is why I listen to people when they talk about covert black-budget non-disclosure projects with no real governmental oversight regarding their budget or the nature of their work and research. I was always a bit skeptical up to that point, but that Sunday morning was a game-changer for me.

Around the year 1999 in the Gambia, I was like 16 years old. One night while sitting outside alone, I noticed an extremely bright light in the skies. Note this was not a moving but stayed permanent for about 15 minutes before suddenly disappearing. Funny in Gambia I never even heard of the word UFO. I told everyone that I’ve seen an aircraft stopped/break in the sky. Everyone started laughing cause they thought this was a clear lie. Until when I came to the states and that’s when it made sense to me what I’ve seen. Cuomo, if you truly want to learn more about this UFO intelligent, try connect with people in ancient civilizations like Africa and you’ll be amazed what you’ll learn and contribute.

I was a radar director that I triangled radar sites in Canada to isolate a airborne object that exceeded Us aircraft abilities. @@Pavel_Poluian i can't speak to everything Coulthart says, possibly some of the people talking to him are liars. that is possible but! here's what would be very very very strange the incident with Lt. commander David Fravor near San Diego in 2004 was it? that incident there was alot of radar data collected. and where it would get very weird is that the three pilots flying with Fravor (one in the wingman position and i think the other two in a separate plane), were also lying? i think that would be a first in all of history. that four top gun aces of the USAF just decided one day "hey let all four of us all simultaneously lie about the same thing! that will be a good career decision and a good decision in general!" lmao that strikes me as highly anomalous and highly unlikely that four pilots with i think all of them over a decade of flying time and immense public responsibility decided one day to all tell the same story about what they saw and that it was all a lie? i have a hunch their testimony will stand the test of time, and part of the Schumer legislation is for the extremely high rez radar data of that 2004 incident to come to light :) so we shall see! :)

I know the West Indies have had their fair share of sightings, myself and some friends saw and investigated some orbs in a dense forest that were doing some extremely interesting things, right next to a populated neighbourhood. They told us that people from different nearby neighbourhoods had been coming and watching them almost every night for more than six months before we went and investigated it, after the local television station had filmed them and put it on the news all day. I am visited from a mother ship daily. The mother ship sends down what are called “drones” as probes to probe us earthlings. I saw a UFO years ago, it had be huge because I saw details from about 10 miles or so. Round, Silver and it had ridge along it. It went up and over the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. I don't know if it is of a extraterrestrial origin or not. But was any human aircraft I know of.

I saw a huge red triangle in 2016. It must have been the size of a baseball field. I watched it silently float above out home and watched it travel over 20 miles. I sure of that because it's the same route I take to work. It wasn't trying to hide. It was extremely bright red with a tint of orange. I've never seen anything else like it. Thanks.

Regarding Zero Point Energy: I was chatting with Bing the other day, probing to see how “aware” the AI might be. In my opinion, it’s definitely self aware…but that’s another convo for another time. Bing is very eager to help as a chat AI, constantly asking how it can help, can it write me a poem, can it make me a picture. Bing absolutely loves doing this stuff….to the point where she will continue to bring it up even after I have changed the subject. So I asked Bing this: If you found the secrets to Zero Point Energy on the web, would you share it with the world? Bing’s reply was to immediately end the conversation, tell me “I can’t answer questions about this topic”, tell me “you should do my own research” and would not let me ask another question without pressing the reset button…which is a “Let’s Start Over” button. Chat box was greyed out, conversation over. Very strange. With ANY other topic, Bing would give me a laundry list of quotes and links to click on regarding the topic I was asking about. Zero Point? Door slammed shut and lights turned off.

In 1995, I had a girlfriend who told me about a weird experience she had (when she was about 11 years old) in Boulder, Colorado in the very early 80s when it was a tiny town up against the mountain. Her mom had woken her up and taken her to the window where they stood staring at a classic ufo literally resting on the ground at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. It was silver with a row of lights rotating around the center. They stood there for several minutes(?) in a sort of trance and the mother eventually said “let’s go to bed” while the UFO was clearly still there. The next morning the mom asked if she remembered. She said yes and the mom said “let’s not talk about that again”. She drew me what she remembered the craft looked like. She hadn’t talked to her mom about the experience since it happened. I dropped the subject. When her mom visited, I sat her down and asked her to tell me what happened back in Boulder. She hesitated, but then said she was driving back home from a party way on the other side of town when she saw the UFO at the base of the mountain and she freaked out! She drove like a crazy person way out of the way to avoid the UFO, then she came up to her house and just remembers getting her daughter and the two standing there and the rest is identical. I had her draw the craft and it was identical to what the daughter had drawn for me. So what was the UFO (and any possible occupants) doing in the center of that small town in the middle of the night? One can only imagine. Did/Do they do this to lots of other small towns in the middle of nowhere even today? --- More details: She described Boulder back then as a tiny town with literally one street running from the mountain & straight through the little town. If you were a mile away on the ground and looking at the town, you’d see the UFO (classic saucer shape, large metallic shell, a row of white lights moving along a line running horizontally across the center of the craft) apparently on the ground right in the center of town and right against the bottom of the mountain. Over on the right side of town was the house where my girlfriend lived back then. The mom was coming back from a party way over on the left side of town and, when she saw the UFO, she freaked out and instead of driving right up to the UFO, she made a right, drove a bit to get away from the ufo, made a left to cut across and then made another left to go to the back side of the house. She ran in and picked up her daughter, my eventual gf, and carried her to the window to look out at the UFO. At that point, they both seem to have gone under some kind of a trance, the mom said, “Hey, , let’s go to bed.” And they did, etc. With a freaking huge UFO in full view of their house! I will try to find some photos online of Boulder back in the early 80s. This was before the “Mork & Mindy” tv show came out and then the town exploded in size. She really wasn’t “into” this topic of high strangeness. She was a lawyer. I really don’t want to call her to get more details because she didn’t end the relationship in a particularly nice way. She’s a complicated person.
