Have you picked most things you like for your new house after seeing all the houses you do. I might have trouble picking out things . So many beautiful choices. This a very lovely home. The floor plan shows a utility room and study. Were these in this show house ? Seems to be a different floor plan ?

I was unable to locate even from the developers website the correct layout. This layout is the same as toured except where the integral garage is that’s where the study and utility are.

Enjoying watching your videos and they’re giving me some great interior ideas for when i move into my own new build in the spring. Agree with Sunflower 77 that the floor plans looked to be from another house. Did you remember to replace the crop? :-)

Love the kitchen family room - would rather have a full size fridge and freezer - I imagine they might be able to do that instead of the shelved cupboard. The shower in the main bathroom : what good is a thermostat “outside” the shower - I like to end my shower with a cooler setting - but would I want to reach out of the shower to turn it down 😡. Lovely size bedrooms. Having the double doors to the lounge is a great idea as it allows for bigger sofas

Do you folks in the UK have screens on your windows to keep the bugs out? They are de rigueur on all windows in the US. The way your windows seem to open it doesn't seem possible.

No integral door into the house, and after the development is finished they rip up the garden in front of the garage door and put in a drive.

Honestly I don't know how you guys cope with living in these houses. It looks like a beautiful solid home, but there are features that are standard in countries like the USA, Australia etc that have been completely overlooked here. No built in robes, the little porthole style washer in the kitchen (isn't that kind of unsanitary?) and is that garage big enough to store a car inside? No auto-up door and no driveway? And what's with all the hot water furnaces taking up so much closet space...wouldn't it make more sense to put those utilities in the garage? It's a new build but with a 1930s-level of features. Blows my mind

It’s the version without the integral garage. I wasn’t able to find the version with integral garage. Other than that and the W.C placement it’s the same.
