A while ago i got myself the Pulsar Xlite mini, because the shape is similar to the for me perfect G703, but lighter. But then i ran with Superlight 1 and now 2, because the mini xlite has this curve outwards, where the pinky and ring finger, normally want to rest on a straight line, like on the G703. The Dex is already on its way to me. It looks very promising, but i am a bit worried, since it looks just like my xlite mini bottom view, with a curve outside, but it is taller, so maybe it'll be perfect.

Why is that curve outwards / indentation on the right side such a thing. Well, i noticed, when moving the fingers back and forth, on the straight lined right side of the G703, it doesn't change the aim. But on the Xlite, where that side is a curve outwards, moving the fingers back, would turn the mouse. A straight line is just better adjustable with the fingers, pushing the mouse sideways to the left, without turning it unwillingly.

Like even if you focus to keep your fingers where they are at, in the heat of a battle, you WILL move your fingers a bit, and that is when you feel the bump of that curve being annoying for the pinky finger. Also i want to slightly change the position of my fingers over the hours, without also changing my finger's distance towards the middle. That outside curve on the right side feels, in the way, so to say. It's also tough for the little fingers to keep the mouse straight, when moving it sideways, if it is a curve, they are touching.

You move these fingers at the same time to the side, but because of a curve, you think you should move the pinky finger a bit slower, or gentlier, because it has earlier contact to the mouse, to not turn the mouse. You know what i mean ? This is adding something, you have to get used to, that is unneccessary. Turn your mouse on the spot. It does nothing. What we need is the control over keeping the mouse straight, not a spinning help. For the thumb the design looks perfect.

For mouse 1 and mouse 2 buttons, i don't get, why they did not use the G703 design, with the indentations on the buttons. They feel awesome, and help spamming the buttons, as there are slightly more angles to press them. It also helps moving the mouse sideways, especially while spamming mouse one, for trigger rhythms. Round fingers, indented buttons, it's just logically right. That's what ergonomic is about. So why do they go a step back still, from the G703 design. The thumb buttons on that are also perfectly positioned.

@@mauriciocs2 Pulsar X-Lite. I thought so too, but i was wrong. The curve on the back right is in the way, if you are used to the G703, that has a straight line there. That is what makes the g703 the best ergonomic Logitech mouse shape. On the Dex, the pinky seems to have a bit more space, than on the xlite, before it hits the annoying curve.

The problem with Logitech now is that the new designers are not as good as the previous generation, G3, MX518, G502, G203, etc. The shape, design, and buttons of the G502X are all worse than G502. The G PRO series only performs well when playing FPS, and is very uncomfortable for mainstream users who play other games and use computers every day. Logitech markets them as a must-buy product for every gamer and user. When people buy such an expensive product and find it uncomfortable to use, it will only destroy the reputation Logitech has built over the years.

These sensor skips have to stop. I got it from Logitech directly, and no matter what setting i use for the gaming surface mode or lift off, the aim skips randomly to anywhere in the game WAY TOO OFTEN, on my black Superglide glass pad, even when it is freshly cleaned . I hope that is no hardware thing, because ofc i don't wanna go through a replacement process. Also the software bugs. It loses function randomly midgame. You have to turn off and on the mouse to fix it, or unplug and replug the receiver even. 3 times a week new firmware. That was not AT ALL like that with the Superlight 1 . This NEVER happened before.

Putting a replacement set of skates, that are 13 cents worth of plastic material, into the box as well, would also be very appreciated. I don't need grip stickers that are done after a week. If the mouse and software works, I love it so far. I finally can feel my skills coming back from back in the 90s with the Intellipoint. I come from : Standard mouse with tracking ball - Microsoft Intellipoint - Logitech MX Master 2 S - G 305 - MX 518 - G 603 - G 703 - G 705 - G Pro Wireless - G Pro Superlight - G Pro Superlight 2 - G Pro Superlight 2 Dex .

I am right handed, but what about left handed players ? Will you mirror the design, and produce it for left handed people ? Easy task for the worlds leading mouse producer, no ? Also i beg you guys, to just do a G703 Superlight version. It's the perfect shape for so many. Without the dpi button, and no led, to save weight.

You didn’t need to reinvent the wheel, all you had to do was use the body of the g703

Yeah, without the dpi switch, to save weight. The G703 has a perfect shape. Ergonomic, much space for the tnumb, for fast flicks without hitting thumb buttons, Indented mouse 1 and 2 buttons, for better spamming while moving the mouse, and better moving sideways, with trigger and scope finger helping. Finally ALL fingers are moving the mouse. Straight line on right side, to perfectly keep mouse straight, while moving it sideways with the small fingers. Big nice thumb buttons in perfect position.
