Strahan is a great guy, but he and other celebrities sometimes say, "If I can do it, anyone can do it." Technically, from an intellectual bandwidth, that may be true, but they fail to mention being an ex-athlete or a current entertainer allows the foundation to do things that most people don't share. It sounds good in theory, but the reality is their "fame" opens the door and creates a network to explore, and if it fails, their fame gives them a cushion. I am not taking ANYTHING away from him because it takes guts to diversify, but they always fail to mention how celebrity and financial security play a role.
