its good to give understanding of the difference in changes in depression and u have done that. People dont understand it can happen to the strongest person no one is immune. Its how we find ways of dealing with it. We can be very good at hiding behind a smile having the support can make such a big difference.

Thankyou for watching Yvonne. Indeed it can be a very lonely place but hopefully the more we talk about, less stigma there will be. Xx

Well done making this video...very helpful. But there is a fourth tier of depression, which is so cruel and excruciating painful where you can’t get out of bed, you’re consumed with intolerable thoughts etc.....there is absolutely no way you could do the school run.

Your Broken Piano band followed me today, so I went looking for your industrial music on KZbin (I used to like NIN, Ministry, etc. a lot), but ended up here on this video instead. I am sorry to hear you are struggling with depression so much. When I am down I get a lot of comfort from a quote by Ovid, which goes like this: "Perfer et obdura, dolor hic tibi proderit olim.", which translates into: "Be patient and endure, some day this grief will be useful to you.". I can only hope this quote will help you as it helped me. PS. Will you put some of your music on KZbin some day please? ;) I am very curious now.

@@stacefacebrokenpiano4111 I don't have a spotify account, but I have subscribed to your youtube account and hope to see the new content here. Also, when I have one of those rotten days I just cannot focus, I like to listen to Critical Role to cheer myself up. I don't know if you are into Dungeons&Dragons, Tolkien, Fantasy, Roleplay stuff (most industrial music fans. I knew, were), but watching Critical Role has helped me also a lot too through the dark days -> kzbin.info/aero/PL1tiwbzkOjQz7D0l_eLJGAISVtcL7oRu_
