Inside my textbooks: How to read efficiently without making notes | Dr. Anmol Bhargava

Hey everyone! Today’s video will be super fun because I’ll be taking you on an exclusive tour inside my books to help you better understand, the most efficient way of reading your textbook!
I wanted to share this because, even though I highly recommend that you make notes while studying, there are times when that’s just not feasible. There could be a shortage of time or maybe you don’t prefer making notes for some reason. So, if for some reason you find yourself unable to make notes, there is a more efficient and productive way to read your textbooks and that is what I’ll try to convey in this video.
Let’s take a look inside my textbook and in the process, I’ll try to share how certain things that I did helped me increase my efficiency and productivity during revision, without having to make notes.

Dr Anmol I am a dermatology resident in Nepal and my Institute prefers Rooks as the standard book. If I could buy just one book, which would you recommend between Rooks and Bolognia? Thank you in advance.

Rooks and Bolognia both are great books. Rooks is a little more elaborate and Bolognia seems more concise in my opinion. If you have plenty of time to read and go through Rooks, go for it. If you’re looking for a more short and concise text on topics, go for Bolognia. Either way, I would recommend that before you buy, read one chapter from both to understand better what you personally like more.
