I also feel for the refugees and innocent civilians displaced by war. In my humble opinion, refugees and displaced civilians fleeing or caught up in the civil war in Myanmar should be able to relocate and resettle over to the vast resourceful Australia & New Zealand in the Asia-Pacific region. In fact, around 90% of Australia/New Zealand are completely empty. Moreover, the vast majority of the population in Australia/New Zealand, tens of millions of Europeans were from all over Europe brought in over to the Asia-Pacific region. Once again, I agree with the fact that displaced civilians fleeing/caught up in the civil war in Myanmar should be able to relocate and resettle over to the vast resourceful Australia & New Zealand in the Asia-Pacific region. True, around 90% of Australia/New Zealand are completely empty. True, the vast majority of the population in Australia/New Zealand, tens of millions of Europeans were from all over Europe brought in over to the Asia-Pacific region. [For honest truths about Myanmar, pls read the informative multi-page comments by 'Ms. Gregoria' at, "Myanmar remains in social and economic crisis since military seized power/BBC News" on KZbin ].. Colonialism and Colonization are evil things done by evildoers. For instance, here in Singapore, a tiny island with 6 million souls lives like sardines in a can, elsewhere in nearby vast bountiful Australia which is ten thousand times 10,000 bigger with a mere 27 million inhabitants. A similar situation in tiny and packed Japan, which is running out of space and land. Do you know that their living room and bedroom are the same place, and that most Japanese people sleep in their living room? 🤷

Remember, there's hardly any Muslim, Hindu or Christian in Burma/Myanmar up until Anglo British Colonialism. I suppose it's fair to say that many of these tragedies that the nation is facing today, such as racial, ethnic and religious conflicts, started with Colonialism. [For more, pls read the informative insightful multi-page comments by 'Ms. Gregoria' at, "Myanmar remains in social and economic crisis since military seized power/BBC News" on KZbin ]. Here's my suggestion.. Why not Myanmar's Muslim, Hindu and Christian population, if they wish, move to a place like Anglo Colonized vast bountiful Australia/New Zealand in the Asia-Pacific region? After all, these are Asia-Pacific lands looted from Native Asians-Pacific people. Once again, ginormous resourceful Australia & New Zealand in the Asia-Pacific region are Asia-Pacific lands looted from Native Asians-Pacific people. 🤷

A disappointing report. After I guess a lot of effort to get someone into Myanmar, your reporter appeared to lack a suitable level of knowledge with regard to military operations of this sort. As a consequence the story lacked appropriate insight. It had factual errors in it with regard to weaponry and how it was being used, made no mention of the veracity of any training that groups received and no insight into any tactics being deployed. Do you really have no journalists with military backgrounds.

We should be seeing some of the best journalism from journalists at the top of their profession. I wonder where is that whole "US stands for freedom and democracy" bravado when it is needed.. Then again, it wouldn't be overly surprising if it came out that US, or some of its "allies" doesn't want a "Democratic Myanmar".. it wouldn't be the first (nor the tenth) time where US, or France, or Britain, decided that "democracy and freedom" in some countries does not align with "foreign policy".. And it's not that hard to understand, as for example if a certain military dictatorship promises certain "guaranteed" contracts for certain foreign companies, or if that same dictatorship agrees to fight "terrorists" with ANY means necessary.. on the other hand free and democratic country, which would need to uphold "The Rule Of Law" and make sure that National Assets are not sold-off for pennies.. hence, in such cases, I bet some of those major Nations may have some invested interests that would "dissuade" them from helping "Democracy Prevail".. I mean with Myanmar civilians fighting ACTUAL military dictatorship solely to restore democracy, you'd think that US & EU would send them at the VERY LEAST some anti-aircraft and anti-armor weapons (Javelins, Stingers, NLAWS, etc).. although I hope Myanmar democratic forces are not counting to win solely with "brute-force".. I hope they are watching Ukrainian tactics against fascist Russians and "taking notes".. for example, mass-use of drones could be a literal game-changer, as few hundred dollar drones can be used to destroy multi-million dollar tanks. APC's & IFVs, artillery systems, and even radar and air-defense installations.. at the same time you can use heavier-lift drones to remotely mine various roads, or use those same drones to drop heavier explosives on enemy targets.. most importantly, ALL THIS can be done from a safe distance.. tbh I have absolutely no doubt that going forward ALL militaries all-over the world will start implementing drone-warfare as another branch of a military.. I mean you'd have to be insane not to do it.. and as specifically-designed A.I. becomes more sophisticated, drone swarms (especially if it will be possible to program their "mission" before launch, so that enemy's EW would be useless) will become EXTREMELY deadly.. even now, with all the EW and jamming devices, drones are wrecking absolute havoc.. In any case, I wish speedy and glorious VICTORY for the people of Myanmar, and I sincerely hope that Democracy will prevail.. I also hope that ALL those scumbags who orchestrated Coup De Tat against democratically elected government of Myanmar will be captured, and NOT allowed to flee.. every single one of these people, starting with so called "general" Min Aung Hlaing, and all, absolutely ALL of his loyalist "officers", should be tried as traitors, terrorists and mass-murderers.. and when convicted, use Junta's own "punishments", which I bet is quite obvious to anyone.. In any case, Glory To DEMOCRATIC Myanmar AND SLAVA UKRAINI..!!! Down with ALL the fascists, dictators and autocrats.. may they rot in hell..
